German Bundesliga Prize Money Distribution
The amount of Bundesliga Prize Money is just over a billion Euros. Or more precisely, it’s around €1.1 Billion. During the 2021-25 cycle, the performance-based prize money sum won’t change with a yearly reward of €1.1B to the 18 clubs. Bundesliga’s prize money distribution follows a 70:30 model. The 70% is distributed on a performance basis relying upon a club’s league table finishing position. It takes into consideration a club’s overall performance during the last 5 league seasons. However, the priority is given to the latest completed campaign’s performance. All 18 participating clubs take an equal bite to the rest 30%.
